Jake and I started looking for places once we knew our tenant was staying another year and and jake started his job. We almost signed a lease on another house that I just couldn't wrap my head around.
I saw this place a few hours after it was posted and called immediately. The landlords ended up only showing the house to us and we fell in love with them and they fell in love with us and in just a day we had contracts signed!
The house reminds us so much of
Our
Baltimore house on a tree lined street and built in 1940's. It has 5 bedrooms so jess and charly can move in with us.
The neighborhood is darling and it feels really great to be in our own place.
We are so grateful to Linda and Lloyd for helping us get into such a better financial position.
